Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu teaches you how to control another person through positioning, leverage and technique.

You will learn takedowns, escapes, control positions and submissions while developing patience, problem-solving and the ability to remain calm in difficult situations.


Kickboxing

Kickboxing develops striking, footwork, timing, distance management and conditioning.

You will learn how to move, defend yourself and generate effective technique while building endurance and confidence.


No-Gi Grappling

No-Gi grappling is a faster form of grappling that does not rely on the traditional Gi.

It develops wrestling, movement, control and quick decision-making while teaching you how to manage a resisting opponent without depending on clothing grips.
