Our women’s only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program is specifically designed for women, providing a focused, supportive, and empowering environment to develop real confidence and practical self-defence skills. Through structured training, students learn how to manage distance, control physical interactions, and respond effectively under pressure. Just as importantly, they build situational awareness, learn to set boundaries, and develop the ability to remain calm in high-stress situations. This dedicated space allows women to train with confidence, free from intimidation, and to build strength - both physically and mentally - that carries into everyday life.

In addition to our existing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program, RMA has introduced two new co-ed programs - No Gi grappling and kickboxing - open to both men and women. This is not about competition - it’s about capability. These additions are built on the same philosophy of real-world readiness and personal development. Kickboxing develops striking, movement, and distance management - essential skills for staying in control while standing and responding to threats. No Gi grappling focuses on control, positioning, and escapes without reliance on the uniform, making it faster-paced, highly adaptable, and directly transferable to real-life situations.

Together, our women’s only program, existing BJJ classes, and new co-ed offerings create a complete and practical self-defence system. Training across these disciplines prepares individuals for all phases of a potential confrontation - standing, clinch, and ground - while building discipline, resilience, awareness, and confidence. The result is not just improved fitness or technique, but the development of capable, composed individuals who can carry themselves with confidence and handle challenging situations in the real world.
